Using HomeCare HomeBase, coordinates and documents scheduling and
related Agency activities. Provides office support to professional/administrative staff. Collects and
maintains data necessary for accurate reports.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Post high school courses in
medical assisting or related area. Minimum of two years work-related experience.
Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of medical terminology. Ability to type and perform data entry
accurately. General working knowledge and ability to use office machines and computers.
Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records and follows through on
paperwork. Ability to follow instructions and work under time pressure. Demonstrates a high degree
